Set a date to begin bookkeeping services.
We can set you up for the first time in QBO or we can migrate your current accounting software over to QBO Plus or Essentials, if you donโt already have one. We will also provide you with a wholesale discount for the lifetime of your subscription. If you already have QBO, we can still move you to our wholesale discount if desired.
We will set up a Hubdoc account for you if you don’t already have one. You will use this to upload receipts, invoices and other documents you need us to put on your books. Bills and statements from vendors whom you have online accounts with, will be fetched for you. Hubdoc will go and collect them as soon as they become available each month. The convenience of this app is irresistible! You can upload docs from your cell phone, email or computer. Never worry about misplacing a receipt again, just snap, send and throw out. We will transfer everything over to QBO for you.
If you want us to manage your accounts payable bill pay or accounts receivable invoicing, we will set up a Plooto account for you if you don’t already have one. Like Hubdoc, its easy and convenient. Plooto helps manage cashflow, reconcile payments, and manage finances, while integrating directly with your bank and QBO. It will sync all of your customer and vendor data from QBO and let you know when you have outstanding bills or outstanding invoices. You will approve which bills you want paid or which invoices you want sent. ย You can also determine transaction volume tiers which allows you to set approvals based on the dollar amount. If you have other employees that handle your A/R and A/P, Plooto can work with that as well. They have user permissions and approval rules to help improve your internal controls. Each user can have a designated role, with limited access to features that they aren’t required to use. If you have a completely different process that works great for you, that’s awesome, just fill us in, we can still provide you with our other services. If you still want us to help with A/Rย & A/P without using Plooto, that could work as well. Let’s chat!
We don’t offer payroll services, but if you do want a super easy solution for your payroll needs we highly suggest setting up a Wagepoint account. Give the software a 2 week grace period to verify all banking and business information before the start of your first payroll cycle. Wagepoint syncs with the CRA as well, so you can send payments directly. Your employees can check their portal for their pay stubs, T4’s and if they want to change their address. Very convenient not only for you as a business owner, but for your employees as well. Wagepoint will sync the Posting Journal to QBO for us to complete your Financial Statements each month. If you already have a payroll process in place and it works for you then no worries at all. Just send us the payroll report for each pay period and we will complete the necessary journal entries from there.
Create more convenience in your life and let us file and remit your GST/HST Sales Tax with the CRA through Plooto or Represent a Client on the CRA website. If you already have a system in place and it works for you, just fill us in. We can still help with your other needs.
After the combined steps are taken, we will then be able to produce organized financial documents and analysis to help you gain financial control and grow your business.
